Sarah Xu 
Founder and President

Sarah is currently 16 years old and a junior in high school. She lives in Ann Arbor, Michigan and has a passion for community care. Sarah founded The EmpowerED Initiative to challenge the silence surrounding eating disorders and body dysmorphia, especially among young people, and to make healing more accessible. Outside of TEI, Sarah is a competitive dancer and loves to read/write.
