i'm not the fool

1 min read

Don’t you dare speak about my confidence,

I am nothing like your false gods

Or statures made of delicate hay

You are influenced by liars online.

Don’t you dare speak about my eating habits

I am not someone to exhort

I may starve or binge myself,

But that is no excuse to command me.

Don’t you dare speak about my body,

I am nothing like your expectations

Leave me alone and worry about yourself

I may not be healthy,

But at least I’m not the fool here.
